Orders qualify for free shipping with a minimum order value of 29 USD (see Terms and Conditions). Return costs for orders under 29 USD should be confirmed directly with the shipping company. 

Please note: For partial returns where the value of the remaining items falls below 29 USD, the return costs are borne by the buyer. 

Orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) typically require 24–48 hours for processing. Shipping then takes place on the next possible business day. Once your item has been shipped via freight, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, allowing you to check the current status of your delivery at any time. Please note that tracking information may not be fully updated at the time you receive this email.
